The goal of this project is to formalize a structure to create LMIC-HIC mentorship Triads (supervisor – trainee – mentor) to support participating trainees across Ethiopia. This project will consist of a 13-week research method seminar (distant learning enabled environment) and a yearlong mentorship for trainees supported by a robust evaluation program.
